Terms of Service for Livestream
and Digital Platforms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Mt. Ennon Baptist Church’s livestreams and digital content provided through our website, YouTube channel, Facebook page, mobile apps, and TV streaming platforms (collectively, the “Platforms”).
By accessing or engaging with our livestreams, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptable Use
You agree to use our Platforms in a respectful and lawful manner that aligns with the values and mission of Mt. Ennon Baptist Church.
Do not post or share any content that is offensive, obscene, defamatory, harassing, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate.
We reserve the right to remove comments or disable features at our discretion.
2. User Comments & Community Engagement
Comment sections (where available) are meant to encourage fellowship and spiritual engagement.
Hate speech, self-promotion, spam, trolling, or off-topic posts are not permitted.
Repeat violations may result in your access to our content being limited or blocked.
3. Content Ownership and Usage
All livestreams, recorded sermons, music, graphics, and media are the intellectual property of Mt. Ennon Baptist Church unless otherwise stated.
You may not download, repost, reproduce, or redistribute our content (in full or in part) without prior written permission.
This includes screen recordings, clipped segments of sermons, or music from worship services.
4. Sharing Guidelines
You are encouraged to share official content by using platform sharing features (e.g., YouTube “Share” or Facebook “Share” buttons).

5. Changes to Services or Terms
We may update or modify these Terms or the services we offer at any time. Continued use of our Platforms means you agree to the most current version.
